We arrange the different programs of training, the girl to the peer programs and voluntary door the service in the sector of town of Nepal. 2. What the villager does it eat especially? Which types of food will do I obtain during my stay in your town?
   
   Especially the villager takes foods Vegetarian. During your stay, you will have the breakfast, the lunch and the dinner. Nevertheless, the living style of the town is very traditional. That is why they have their own time to eat and possess the food type for the breakfast, the lunch and the dinner. To the breakfast, especially the people drink tea, the bread that are done in a Nepalese style. On time lunch, the people eat rice, the lenses and the vegetables. To evenings, they eat bread with the butter and the vegetables. They drink also milk, the buttermilk and the yogurt themselves they have the house animals as the cows and as the buffalo.

After that you can take a bus to our town that will take almost 16 hours. Not it costs the more than 10 Euro /14 dollars to travel Katmandou to our town. If you hesitate to take only the bus, then one of our friends will accompany you. 8. Since the town is not close to a bigger city, there is doctor in case something arrives?
   
   The hospital of neighborhood and the doctors are localized in Dadeldhura that is 30 km manner removed from our town. There are two hospitals where they also have 24 services of urgency of hours. Before you begin your training, we will organize your visit to a doctor for that you can obtain enough information of the precaution. The doctor will instruct you foods and the things on which ones must watch out you. For example, you always should drink the water of security minedrale or well cooked water. At the start, the it is difficult for a person, to adopt water and the one can obtain from the diarrhea soon if you do not take care water drink. The doctor will subscribe you also some basic medicines for the example fever, the headache, the diarrhea etc that you can buy then in a drug store that is close to our town.    There is no any danger of Malaria to Nepal. There was a problem of Malaria almost 30-40 years ago. Nevertheless, the Malaria was eliminated a lot of years there is. The possibility to obtain any diseases (except the diarrhea) in our town is the even as when you live in your own city. The this would be rather surer because of the good time and because of voucher less than pollution. Nevertheless, you can be sick with the diarrhea soon if you do not take care water drink. You always should drink water or water minedrale boiled. Water minedrale can be bought to the city more close. The villagers will help you to bring the water to your house. If you fall sick with the diarrhea, then you should say the family of host as soon as possible, they will bring you some medicine (the tablets) by which can resume you in the following one or two days.
